Do I need to provide a financial report for his person income or business financial report? 2. Do u think that financial report is necessary, or if I state what the business generates monthly, that should be enough to show the financial capacity of my sponsor. 3. Is it mandatory for my sponsor to provide valuation for his properties, or should only the documents for the properties be enough proof?

Yes. But the letter should then be you explaining how you intend to fund yourself not someone explaining how they intend to fund you. Does this make sense?

hi Im just writing my letter and want to support myself. The bank account I wanna use has been untouched and in my name for more than a year, but the amount is quite high( 4times more than the requirred amount). Is there a possibilty that I would be rejected because they would be unsure of me coming back to my country? I have heard that showing too much money can also be bad and dont know what to do.

I believe you can use gift of deed for any kind of immigration process involving spousal work permit.

It depends on who the person is too. Even just a plain paper or a letter headed paper will do. But like I always say Canadian immigration is about building evidence so if you can get an affidavit of support from the person that is fine. But you do not need to go to the court to get a stamp.

Submitting your own personal statement as well will increase your chance of getting the visa because it will send a signal to the consular that you are NOT depending entirely on your sponsor.

These documents all have specific provisions and prompts to upload them as you progress in your application. Sure your you should tell the visa officer that you’re the person supporting your kids in the same letter.

Hey Mara, good morning. The CEO of the company I work in is willing to sponsor me fully, we are not related. Is it enough for him to write a letter and present his/the company's bank statement then I add mine as well just to show I have some money myself or he should pay the lump sum into my account and also write a letter supporting the funds transfer and I present solely my own bank statement. You can submit as many accounts as you possess. I won’t recommend dumping the large sum into your business account, rather just submit both accounts and state that you did so in the letter.

It honestly depends on you dear. If you watch my POF video I mentioned that I included my payslip to convince the visa officer that I have been working and also earned some money even though I am not the one sponsoring myself.

Hey dear if your sponsor is the same person supporting your living expenses then the money need to be in their account but if they are only funding your academics and you’re taking care of yourself then you should have the living expenses. For financial support, you can use more than 1 bank statement. It could be from 2, 3 or more banks as the case may be.

Oh I see. So he can say that he has 3 or 4 kids as the case maybe who are currently successful and independent. So that for the last couple of years he’s been only financially responsible for you. However when filling out the family form make sure you provide your siblings IDs and info.

Honestly in my opinion getting a scholarship outside Canada is hard not to talk of fully funded. Canada generates a lot of revenue from international students so why would they offer them full scholarships? However when you are in Canada, there are a lot of other university and departmental funding opportunities that can cover for some part of your tuition.

Same situation applies. The person giving you the gift should write you a letter too saying they are doing so and provide their own account statement too to show that the money actually left their account to yours. It’s also a way for the visa officer to know whether or not the person can afford to give you such gift. Hope this helps 🙏🥰.

Either of both works really, as long as it’s from the sponsor and the account statement compliments either the affidavit or the support letter.
