why do online/ʌɪn/ and time/ʌɪm/ rhyme each other? Are they not necessarily the same to be rhymes, like /n/ and /m/ are similar so they can be rhymes?

Hi there. With limericks the rhyme doesn't need to be exact. What is important is that the vowel sound is the same. This is often the case with songs too. The vowel sound is part that we hear the most. Hope that answers your question.

I noticed the British hand gesture for no. 8 is very different from how we do in China. We stick out our thumb and index finger, like a a gun.

there is no hand gesture for no. 8 like there is in china. don't take the way ONE guy in the UK does something and think that it applies to everyone. He's literally the first person I've ever seen do 8 like that.
