Hi love! Plagiarism is when you use someone’s work without giving credit. Beats are often titled by the producer but it’s up to you if you want to use that as inspiration or not. If you want to give them a writing credit because you used their title as inspiration for your song, that would be between you and the producer. Most producers would not ask for a writing credit unless they actually had a hand in writing the song. These are definitely things you’d want to discuss with the producer/creator of the beat before you release your music.
