INFP personality calling in every single movie/series/book I love, I can't help dissecting the Hell out of. I have such a drive and such a passion that its actually very frustrating. I'm a person who wants instant success yet knows it takes *SO MUCH* effing work to get there. I have so many ideas inside my head yet know I have to get out of my OWN head (in a sense) to truly begin projecting my *own* ideas. I suffer with addiction and mental health issues and some days it takes every cell of my being just to move from my own bed, however some days I have that many ideas tumbling through my head that I love and I NEVER write them down. Then get more frustrated , hence the cycle begins again. I hope somebody feels the same out there ( any frustrated creatives with life issues ) and I can give a little relatability and hope that we both make it some day
@KimCheeeese
@KimCheeeese 4 жыл бұрын
Hey, same here. I can totally relate, and coincidentally also an INFP. Just waiting for the pandemic to be over so I can go back to my therapist. I can't progress with me being stuck in my head all the time. There are also times when I'd have a burst of ideas but never write them down. I just like blurting them out but never taking note of them. Ughh it's frustrating
@moshu69
@moshu69 4 жыл бұрын
Hope you are doing fine. First of all, you are not alone. There are other people out there going through similar things. Maybe you can consider seeking some help. There are things you can do for yourself and things you need help with. You DO have the power to change your current status quo even though it may seem far fetched right now. Go easy on yourself but realize you are in a place you need to flee from in order to live your live according to your true potential. The frustration will dissolve as soon as you start writing down your thoughts and ideas. You can start by keeping a daily journal and slowly work from there. By expressing your thoughts in writing you can free up space and quiet down the noise in your head. Start taking command of your life by facing the gloomy little monster that addiction represents. Try to set reachable goals in order to muster your self confidence and gain momentum. It's hard but not impossible and you are totally worth it. Guess it's a INF- thing (INFJ here).

I think it would benefit you as a writer to note those ideas! A little sticky note with just a subject or a journal where you can write down your thoughts helps so much. I'm currently in film school and we get that note a lot. Write down your ideas no matter if it's sloppy, incomplete, or just a single word. You got it! ⭐
