Yes, six is too much, just leave it at 5. In addition make sure your paragraphs are almost of equal size. One paragraph should not take 3 lines while the other takes 10 lines.

Why don't you leave a line after the address before you write the date,also I think the complementary close should be more casual or informal as in Yours ever or best sister rather than Yours sincerely which should be for a formal letter.

Please don't leave a line after the address, else, you'll lose some marks under Organisation. Secondly, in formal letter, it's recommended you use "Yours faithfully". You can use "Yours ever" but "Yours sincerely" is recommended by Oracle.
