How to write Alif (الف) in Arabic calligraphy | Script Thuluth (Lesson 2)

Assalam o Alikum everyone,
In this video I am going to teach you how to write Alif in Arabic Calligraphy step by step. If you are interested in learning Arabic calligraphy or you are Arabic calligraphy beginner then this video is for you. Grab your materials and follow my steps. I hope it helps you.

1. Qalam (Bamboo)
2. Ink (dollar)

How much one should practice to get a perfect alif? 🥺

Alif is probably the most difficult letter even though it looks simple. It requires a lot of practise. The more you practice the more you will improve. ✨

Yes its only for beginners to learn.

Are the nuqtas really necessary?

It helps beginners in measurements, and when you get perfect in it then no need of nuqtaas.
