At around 0800H, of the above mentioned date while the undersigned conducted a patrolling along the 4th floor hallway area, the housekeeping staff Ms. Maria Maldita reported about the aircon unit with water leaking inside the “Bulwagan Meeting room” area. Immediately proceeded to the area and turned-off the said aircon unit to prevent more water leakage. Afterwards, I called the building admin for maintenance assistance.
