How to write/fill a Vakalatnama?

Hey everybody
today we will learn how to write a vakalatnama.
Vakalatnama is a document which authorize the advocate to represent his client in the court of law. It provides certain rights to an advocate.
If a person is hiering more than one advocate for his case then filing only a single vakalatnama containing signatures of each advocate is vaild.
Yes, we can represent our own case in the court of law but it will require a permission from the court and mostly court doesnot allows it. If a person is unable to hier an advocate due to lack of money then accordingly by following some legalities court will hier a government advocate for him.

Suppose vakalatnama has been signed by 5 persons together. One of them has been declared by court as unnecessary party. Whether in such circumstance another vakalatnama signed by only 4 persons is required. This is a case of civil suit. Whether separate vakalatnama should be signed in the beginning by each person.

what rules say is that one vakalatnama must be signed by one advocate but as the party is free to appoint as many advocates as it wants, a single vakalatnama can be signed by more than one advocate at the same time.
