I don't have the intention to be roud but I think that the person who is writing lacks some skills that are essential to a real calligrapher: even spacing which is really essential, certainty of handstrokes and so many other things. I would not attend this video as an instructive one. What amazes me more, is not the good comments of people, which by the way is really nice, but the confidence of the creator of video of his or her skill!

Cursive is only this nice when you take the time to write it but when you write in cursive and you're trying to take notes in class it almost never looks this good

Most people are liberal about CAPs when writing cursive. It's usually considered OK. This is the standard way, I assure you.
