How to write long-term personal goals in your travelers notebook

Project me has started! Women, especially us moms, need to take care of themselves. We need a plan. I have the perfect place to write those long-term "project me" goals in detail, what products I adore, and how to execute those goals so we can look fabulous!

Feet care: epsum salt bath with a drop or two of lavender oil. Rub coconut oil all over feet before bed and wear little sock booties to keep from getting on your bed sheets.

Mrs. Jenny you continue to inspire me everyday. I went to a ring planner from a notebook system and I miss that room in a notebook. Yes I am going back into a notebook system as soon as possible just because of you and how are you planning in your notebooks I need to purchase at least 10-15 notebooks(if I had the money I would purchase all the notebooks you sell in your etsy shop) one for every month and other ideas that I have.........thanks for all your SHARING and inspiration

Hey there! I am mom to 9, homeschooled my adult children. I can relate to so much that you teach. **Skin around fingernails... I wanted to tell you that I have battled that all my life only to find out 4 years ago that I have an under active thyroid that caused my nails and the skin around it to be that way. It can be corrected with eating the right foods. May want to get a thyroid check. 😉 thanks for your content!

Debralyn Pryor, If you are someone who needs dates and appointments noted 6 months or so out, I would get just a 12-month calendar journal insert and have that included in within your plan books and TN...hope this helps!

Great video, very inspiring and you answered some questions I had. I've also watched some of your other vids and I have a question about long term appointments. If you are out and about with three months in your planner and you need to make an appt. 6 months where do you keep that?

Love your method. Live in the UK so shipping costs make your beautiful books too pricey for me but I do my best with what I can use here. Just wondered with goal setting, do you have to re write them every month? Just the ones not accomplished yet? New ones each month? Thanks for any help on this

Hi Janell! I currently hand-paint chic sparrow and moleskin inserts and sell them in my etsy shop. My shop is closed at the moment for new and exciting new painted books coming out in march! Keep a look out!
