do you still report exact p-values of significant factors in a discussion for example: factor age (p = 0.045) or do you only do that in the results section?

I would only report the p-values in the results section and just use hedging (may, possibly) or words like "significant" in the discussion to clarify what's a factual result and what's your inference. About exact p-values or whether to just write p < .05, there seems to be some debate about that. I prefer exact ones.
