Dear Sir, your suggestions are very helpful. Could you please advice 1) how to stop evaluating more results when there's enough results to write up the thesis. 2) how to stop thinking that results might be diluted 3) how to ensure a long chapter with multiple different results do not lose the attention of reader but keep them engaged 4) what is the most effective way to select and stick to results, figures when there's very short period before submission and just want to refocus the thesis into a smaller but refined piece. Thank you for your advice.

Thanks. Those questions sound like very specific problems that you had best discuss with your academic mentor in greater detail. I will think about if any of those points could merit a video that is sufficiently general in scope. Good luck!

Great summary! Love it! I have heard it is nice to start the discussion summarizing what we have done so far, remembering the reader the RQ and the path we used to respond to it. What do u think about it?

Thanks! Yes, this is how the Discussion section should start. As you go from the specific to the general, it is inevitable to remind the reader of the starting point - but it shouldn't be long. One of the risks is that the Discussion just becomes a restatement of the results, and that won't work.
