I have already formulated my research question but since I am switching from my background in quantitative to qualitative research I keep getting confused. So far I have found there is no real structure or guidelines on how to formulate interview question. You can follow whatever style of format you are comfortable with. I have understood that I need to break down what I am trying to investigate into themes. My topic is looking at the transitioning experience of volunteers that managed to secure full time employment in a charity.

Hello sorry for the late revert. It depends eh. Some institutions still use the old format na separate pa sila, but in DLSU, Background is already part na ng Intro. ☺️ Hope this helps.
