Amazing, I have a doubt who creates this TCs, Who performs this UAT testing is it a business team or service provider team and who update pass and fail status in excel sheet

Regarding test case creation tester writes the TC and execution depends on team to team. If we have in house UAT team then that will be performed and if not then that will be taken care by stockholder.
