U can lay it flat on the table at the edge then tilt the cutting blade down towards you so the stationary blade is below the cutting blade then screw it in in that position, u do it at the edge of the table so ur screwdriver can reach the screws it’s easy this way

Once “Zero gapped”, do you have to be light handed even when cutting hair? When I test it on myself I press pretty hard and always get a cut when “Zero Gapped”. I have to leave a larger gap than what you show on the video to not cut myself. (Kind of want to make sure it’s impossible to cut even when pressing hard). Can you confirm with your “Zero gapped” machine if you put a lot of force with the intention of cutting yourself when testing on your arm will it cut? I realise on my Wahl machine the right side of the blade isn’t as supported by the mechanism as the side with the leaver so I guess I’m not supposed to be pressing as hard... 🤷🏽♂️

Siraj Mazher It’s just if the shorter blade is longer than the long blade. Make sure the blade in front (longest one) is just a tiny little bit in front of the shortest blade because that’s the blade that cuts.

Wahl clippers seem to nick the person on the right side if you sero gap because of how the arm inside moves. I saw someone telling people to have the right side a tiny bit lower than the right when you set it so they cut even.

what are the best wahl cordless clippers
@Nntv-1233 жыл бұрын
The best one, due to my research, is the Wahl cordless magic clip. I have three clippers of my own: the Wahl balding clipper, the chrome pro, and a standard clipper I use as a basic tool for trimming my eyebrows. I'm more of an electrode guy because of the magnetic dynamism of a constant charge of electricity. I know, this is my opinion. I hope this helps you out: kudos.

My clipper always goes back to its original gap when I tighten the screws.

If you're tightening it properly that shouldn't be happening

Anybody who decides to really have the blades close together just be mindful you will cut someone’s head. I usually have my blade about paper thin close “gap”.

Is zero-gapping safe for beginners?
@SliderCuts4 жыл бұрын
I would say no because a beginner is likely to cut people due to not having the best handling yet.

What about balding clippers?
@Nntv-1233 жыл бұрын
I recently bought my Wahl 5star balding clipper on Amazon, and I have to admit, they are [really sharp]. It takes a steady hand to master them, and I know I have that. I think of it as a wee baby that has been born, and I'm meeting it for the first time. Ironically, I was introduced to my miracle baby sister in early January. So whenever you work with balding clippers like the Wahl 5star, be very careful.
