How Toothpaste Is Made | Inside the Factory

Its use when waking up, after meals and before bed ensures proper oral hygiene.
In this video we will see how the toothpaste is made, from the production of the tube, through the mixture of the cream and finishing in its packaging.
Starting with the manufacture of tubes, this machine transforms the laminated film into tubes.
The film passes through a roller system. And through a set of calenders, the laminate is conforming to the shape of a tube.
The tube is cut to the size of the tube.
In the next step, the tubes are loaded into the equipment where the tube tip is made, where the cap is placed.
Cylinders adjust tube ends. And they are placed in the mold, where the tip is injected. Note that the injection is done horizontally.
The last part of the tube process, before being sent to the toothpaste filling. The robot loads the tubes onto the conveyor belt.
The conveyor takes the tubes to a rotating machine. Each side of the equipment has a function.
The first side identifies the tubes. The second places a seal on the end of the tube. The next seals the seal. The cover is placed across your feeder. The automatic threader ensures that the cap is screwed in all the way. Finally, the robotic gripper removes the tubes from the equipment and leaves it on the final conveyor belt.
To make toothpaste, many ingredients are used in its composition.
We see the operator loading the asset tank.
Materials such as actives, flavors, preservatives, and others are mixed using an industrial mixer.
Quality control is pretty strict as it's something we're going to put in our mouths. These aesthetics are what give the color and shine to the toothpaste.
Samples are collected for analysis in the factory laboratory. Many tests are done to ensure product safety. Some technicians use toothpaste samples to assess whether they meet the required standards.
Going to the emvaze, a piece of equipment does the whole process.
The tubes are placed individually. It is positioned correctly so that the bottom seal does not come out of place.
The tubes are filled with toothpaste and then sealed.
Now they are ready to be packaged. The boxes are unfolded to receive the manual and toothpastes.
The boxes containing the toothpastes are palletized with this robotic arm.
