No we should no do any division like (250000/4) it's is wrong if we do like this. It is the fixed value 1:100000 only.

46M/13 option c) and sir explanation really made it so easy to visualize the question and answer it in just a minute. 45 P/16 means the last square of 15 ×15 grid so now it coincides with the last row of the 1×1degree grid and the first letter of that row is M and when further disected the 15×15 min grid of 45P/16 coincides with the 13th number swuare of the 46 M so it is 46M/13
