Monthly goals Weekly goals Daily goals( I have just this moment) Time Table: 1. Sleep 2. Stress Buster (maximum 1 hour per day) 3. Slots of time-2/3 slots ( ai time a atotuku) Each slots should be 2/3 hours( take 5 minutes break in each 25 minutes within the slot) #-Use even 10-20 minutes of traveling, eating, bathing etc #-Last 10 years Questions First question related topics, then again again if have time. Then others topics.
