Om Lovw Amoda Maa- There are 3 things i especially loved here: (1) " ..it is the unconscious momentum of deriving identity from experience (2) ".. the art of touching your experience lightly and (3) " the ego formation ends in the moment when you touch your experience lightly." Thank you very much ! p. xox

Love this as usual, Amoda. I’d say a higher state of consciousness would be very similar in that you could feel the bigger picture of things and know that, in your example, that argument is either happening for a reason (one reason could be to test your inner peace skills) or it’s going on for some other reason to help out the bigger picture. Either way, not really thinking too consciously about it-just feeling the bigger picture of things. And definitely both coming to that lighter touch of life where things aren’t taken as personally, heavily, or permanently. Trust in the flow of life and flowing trustingly in it. *It helps to be surrounded by awesome people btw lol don’t trustingly flow with trash lol

I guess when the unconscious becomes conscious in the light of awareness it could feel like a higher state of consciousness when in fact it is just lighter in vibration because the heaviness of ‘me and my story’ is released in this light. I mean it can feel like a ‘higher state’ but it is not really. Thank you! I love you a lot! ♥️

Hello Amoda🙏🏻 Can I ask you something? My ego wants to know if once we start recognizing our true nature (source, Consiousness) and we start shifting our perception, things improve in Maya, since we're letting God take the wheel without our egos interfering. I'm referring to basic things as financial freedom, health, relationships. Thanks 🙏🏻🧡

Hi Juan, it's Kavi, social media guy and husband. I'm afraid it's almost impossible now for Amoda to respond to questions on YT or FB or Instagram. Things have become very busy for us with the teaching and the retreats and the Foundation, and something has had to fall away. We do apologize for this. Kavi
