How tough is it to be a PAEDIATRICIAN in Kenya?

hello dr Dickenns first thank you for the work you been doing on your channel it's very much needed and appreciate. I am currently in my 6th year of undergraduate medical school in Dakar (Senegal) and I really wanna get into a pediatric medical residency in Kenya after getting my medical doctor degree. Please could you tell me if residents are getting paid during their training there and if I could be eligible. Waiting for your response thanks
