Awesome video. Add one more point , oru triangular string connecting both jibs working and counter jib in top. Adha pathiyum sollunga, enaa , already counter jib la weight irukarache, working jib still is horizontal and not inclining with counter jib. This wud cover 100%

You can load without counter weight but can't move the load up down or sideways thats when the counter weight comes in to picture. Counter weight doesn't move so moment is zero and its always close to the tower so it doesn't fall

They design the crane in such a way that if there is no load in working jib the self weight of the working jib isbti be considered and the counter weight is designed accordingly since the counter weight is near to the cabin the moment from it will be equal to the moment from the other end
