Очень интересное видио, спасибо. Видно это традиционное блюдо. Выпаривается молоко до коричневого цвета, затем добавляют сахар, потом разливают по тарелочкам и дают ещё время на загустение. Получается как студень, варёная сгущёнка. У нас варёная сгущёнка продаётся в консервных баночках. Я варю с молока дома, на плите сгущённое молоко,в небольших количествах. Спасибо.
