it is amazing that these bad looking threads (watch the oscillation marks) still fit on the first try, without any measurement.

Put some Red Loctite on it when you reassemble the threads and it might last forever. It appears to be balanced very well.

Clever repair. But no reference marks on the two halves. No way to tell if the teeth are aligned properly.
