- TSM VISS -
Colton ‘Viss’ Visser became a part of TSM in mid-2017 as one of the organization’s first PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS players. His gaming life started when he was young, having achieved high competitive ratings in multiple large titles such as Halo 3, CoD4, and MW2 as he was growing up. He cites his competitive spirit from his years playing football in which he and his high school team made state championships. Viss eventually rose to prominence in the Battle Royale scene after rising to the top spot on the Arma 3 BR leaderboards and maintaining a consistent top ten spot for the following seasons. His prowess within the genre was carried over to PUBG, where he managed to obtain the #1 spot on both the NA Solo and Duo ladders. He is currently a full-time streamer playing Apex Legends on KZbin but seeks to play competitively as opportunities arise.

Everyone is missing the fact that SAF was totally split... Sleeepola well away from the edge, watching the Command Center angle. Any drop SAF made would have been a 2 man drop into unknown conditions... instead they stay on ultimate high ground. I guarantee you that Viss, in the moment, is not realizing that they are so split... he would not be criticizing the play if he realized it was just 2 of them.

It almost any other situation it would be insane not to drop on TSM there, but given their comp and that it was game #8 its makes sense they play for a win over chasing the KP so that a MP team doesn't win. Because they were playing valk/wat/bang they were committing to using the safety and advantage of ultimate height to ult into a good spot for end-game with Watson. Inversely, had they dropped to kill TSM they'd be giving up their safety and throwing away the ability to valk ult. Worst they'd have to be the ones pushing Black Hand and while TSM did it using smokes + cat wall + horizon ult SAF would only have smokes. So in all probability had they dropped they would have died to Black Hand and the tournament still ends. Doing what they did they actually had a straight 3v3 fight to take the win there.

broooooo its been YEARS since ive seen anyone even mention promod! i still play cod4 every day lol but its not the same. those were the good days man. skill vs skill. no assistance no infinite settings to get the perfect combination for assisted aiming or anything. just raw skill and talent. quake 3, UT04, SOF, cs 1.6. man i wish i was a kid again haha
