It should make clear to Putin that Russia must pay for every single piece of damaged infrastructure. The total cost should be evaluated by an international team of experts. But more important: the invasion itself should be punished by imposing a fine that should be paid in the next 10 years. The money is already available: the frozen Russian central Bank funds and the Russian Oligarchs assets frozen assets. There should be made clear to Putin and Russia that any return to" normal" will not be happening before the war indemnisations are payed in full. And one more point: the punishment of war criminals should begin from the bottom to the top,I mean beginning whith the Russian military commanders that can be already indicted by an international court.

America has always organized wars, terrorism, bombed Hiroshima, Nagasaki, Yugoslavia, Syria, Lebanon, Vietnam, Afghanistan, A gang of your politicians and bankers should be judged for this. Greetings from Spain. Great to hear about resilience of business in Ukraine - from which they have long been vaccinated due to historical rampant state corruption. I wonder what the effect of the struggle for national survival has had on corruption more broadly speaking. Very informative reporting, but warts and all please! Democracy requires it of Ukraine in the long term
