People who doesn't like this cadre system can go for state civil service. You guys need to understand. Central government civil service brings a lot of responsibilities with its benefits. If you are choosing the benefits you can't deny the responsibilities and liabilities. You have to accept.

If every constitutional bodies and their representatives are willing to get more and more comfort and benefits then...what's the problem with IAS/IPS if there is change to get their own cadre .... everyone has dream to work for his own society which he knows better.....I think there's nothing wrong to ask for our choice

@priyankavlogs111 Civil service is not a way to work for your own society. If you want to work for your own society do not join any civil service. Do some other service and do charity. Or open an NGO. Civil servants are meant to work for India as a country..

I AM BIHARI AND MY PARENTS ARE FORM BIHAR.I was born in West Bengal and completed schooling there after that i got selected in rrb ntpc and I chose Patna as my zone and currently working there ...I am so confused what should be my homestate WB or Bihar because I have choosen bihar as my first cadre and I know more about bihar then Wb. it will easy to answer Questions about Bihar then WB because lots of questions can be asked about my culture , mother tongue and all.
