Hello, Ms Pneumatic. Thank you for using one of our Vacuum generators for the demonstration in this video! You explained the operation of vacuum ejectors really well. If you would like to showcase other types of suction and vacuum devices, we would love to support you.

you are amazing girl. I hate thermodynamics in Uni because I did not know how it would be applicable. But now I love it because you made it so easy to understand. thank you

this is awesome, I searched most of the place before this and they all give me the theory instead of real application, and u make this really ez to understand when I combine the theory I found before with this video, thanks!

Hi, awesome video! Can you explain the calculations required to select compressor and vacuum generator based on application payload?
@BongSeaman Жыл бұрын
Everything has its own limitations. And manual is always there to see the required limitations. If you have included the particular model, I could answer you precisely. That is awesome, indeed.

Thankyou for an informative tutorial. I have one question, the vacuum generator you used in video, can the powder material be sucked through this (if we take the silencer out)? Regards
@MsPneumatic3 жыл бұрын
Thank you. This product is KCC Precision's KSV' vacuum generator. It can suck in dust... but the hole will clogged. It would be better to configure the vacuum system separately.

Hi. @2:47 of video, it is said that c/s area reduces pressure decreases but aren't area and pressure inversely proportional.

This is such a good video. But I got a question. At 2:42, when the fluid flows from the larger cross-sectional area to the smaller cross-sectional area, velocity decreases while the pressure increases. But I remember the fluid or gas can only flows from high pressure region to low pressure region. Can you clarify it for me? Thank you so much!
@MsPneumatic3 жыл бұрын
Yes, what you said is correct. As you can see from the video, as the fluid flows from a wide pipe to a narrow pipe, the flow speed increases and the pressure decreases.

Which make and model of vacuum generator are you showing? This one includes the switch or shutoff valve?
@MsPneumatic3 жыл бұрын
This model name is 'KSV' made by KCC Precision. Vacuum switch can be attached by selecting option.

Goodmorning, I'm interested in the reverse function. Is it possible to get an object by vacuuming, and then blowing it like a blowgun? Can i move the position of the solenoid valve to close it when I want to switch from vacuuming function? Thank you very much! I really appreciate your presentation!
@MsPneumatic3 жыл бұрын
What machine are you planning to use it for? Generally, the object fall off when the vaccum is relaesed after suctiong it. (Even if doesn't blow air like a blow gun) Also, position control is possible with a vacuum solenoid valve. Thanks for enjoying my video :)

hi do you know what is the connection between shockwave occurs in the choking position that make the suction pressure better?
@MsPneumatic3 жыл бұрын

How much amount of vaccum it can generate?

It's depending on each model. Please refer to the catalog. www.kccpr.com/en/bbs/search.php?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.kccpr.com%2Fen%2Fbbs%2Fsearch.php&stx=ksv
