Working as an extra, even an unpaid one, is a fantastic way to get your foot in the door of the acting industry. It's the perfect way to network with like minded individuals and build an understanding about how film sets function. I've done it several times and it's always been a blast. The thing is though, you gotta keep doing it, and Dale has done NOTHING to further these interests. Working as an extra is dead easy and if that's where you're at, you should be doing a couple of gigs every month or so. Dale? One extra gig in over a decade.
