how was the moon created?

here a problem, if Tehia colided with Earth broth dead because if you do that in simulations they die then i made a theory that splains this Moon was created like the Earth but more small in Earth's orbit and Earth captured Moon with his gravity then the Sun expulses some things and thats splains why them have the same thing and things that the other dont have
