@josesegura52279 ай бұрын

@@josesegura5227 ESO ES LO QUE YO DIJE EL CAMBIO DE CONCIENCIA PORQUE LOS ALBAÑILES TE COBRAN COMO UN ARQUITECTO PERO LA GRAN MAYORIA TE HACEN TRABAJOS DE CHALAN

@octluna5076 Respeto comentario. Indudablemente tienes razon .

Definitely NOT the cheapest… in fact, with the proper planning this house could be built far cheaper. Even if you did all the work yourself! The amount of concrete used could have been planned better and just get it delivered by a mixer truck that could have sped up your time and any labor costs you needed that day. I’m not sure where you are located but that foundation itself costs more than a regular house….
@fubifwjdfubifwjd51678 ай бұрын
Embedding the septic in the foundation looks quite problematic. What about added structural weight ? What about access for maintenance ?

Estou curioso, é no Vietnã??? Super profissionais parabéns as mulheres em especial. Queria ver o resto da obra.

It is cheap because it is in northern Vietnam. The women in Vietnam often do the hardest and most dirty work in construction (Vietnamese women are tough!!!). The base construction/foundation seems overwhelmingly large because the ground is swampy, it rains a lot, the concrete is probably not 100% - and the house will probably have 3-4 stories. I had to change a faucet in my house in Vietnam, fix some lamps, and get some other things done... Price: 4 dollars - including faucet!!! I gave him 5!

1) huge wealth of rebar-is that a high-seismic area? 2) purpose of all that labor to build the squares underneath? 3) are all those people donating labor on family house, to make it “cheap”?? 4) And….WHY/HOW can they get away with burying what looks like a 3-chamber gravity septic tank, not just under the foundations/floors, but, no way to access it to pump-out or inspect? I’d like to see just how those work…& for how long?…& under what conditions of use??

The first pour I was like "woa, that is a really thin and unreinforced footing they are putting down!" Then they brought out the rebar for the real footing. So the first pour was just like a mud slab or rat slab to give a neater surface to work on? Interesting. Why not just lay out the rebar over the compacted dirt? I can see maybe if it is very rainy, and it is taking several days to assemble all that rebar, it is a precaution against the ground turning into a slop fest. But that's all I can think of as a reason.

its actually bonded with the reinforced concrete layer that goes over the first one, as to form a thick slab

What would that house cost in U.S. dollars ? Is it normal to put the septic under the house ?
@natalieholeman1468 ай бұрын
What are the 3 chambers they are draining fluids into? A cystern system or septic tank? I find the idea of a septic tank directly below the house un-nerving. Even worse it cannot be maintained.
