I think the $10 billion figure is just for the panels. There would be a TON more cost for labor, equipment, steel, etc. Plus, it will be a government run program... so automatically triple whatever figure it should come to. I think we will be lucky to get it done for $50 billion. With probably 1 to 2 billion a year in upkeep. Personally, I would rather see all that money go to something useful... like our aging roads and bridges.

Can someone please explain to me what industries/jobs are being lost to illegals?
