1. nether update 2. give points for bed breaks, finals, and resource collection so people can still feel accomplished without needing to win the whole game 3. add masters division for top 20% of players and focus anti cheat there. less total cost and the cheaters will bubble up there if they are actually impacting results of games

Players get exp for playtime even if they don't win the game, and the third point just proves you've never even played bedwars 😂

@@movingvans playtime is not motivating because you can't get better or have good sessions of "play time". if someone is cheating but can't win i don't think that's worse taking resources away from cheaters who are impacting outcomes of games. considering hypixel has shown they're working with limited resources to spend on anti-cheat. also i've lost more games already than you'll ever play hahaha

I found your channel in my recommended and I’m very impressed by your content and the quality! I also do agree with your statements. I have a question though: Is it a mod you use for the fall damage? I’ve seen other yts having a different effect on fall damage and I just want to know how to do it myself 😂 Like when you take damage you only lose health, your whole body doesn’t shake like it normally does in Minecraft when you take damage

making a tiktok account rn to do my part. on an unrelated note as someone who just started playing bedwars again after 4 years of skyblock i really do believe hypixel could revive bedwars but they just dont care. why spend dev time to make bedwars better and potentially move players from skyblock to bedwars when skyblock dye fire sales make over $100,000 in less than 30 seconds every time (this is not an exaggeration for anyone who doesn't know) and take literally minutes to code

yeah Hypixel would need to pretty much put effort into monetizing Bedwars better (which I think is possible) but like financially it probably isnt super worth it for them lol

From 30 stars on people will meet people with any star count but 0-30 will meet only 0-30 people from what Hypixel have said. And no a ping based system would be better than a skill based system.

As one of like, 8 people who stream the game during a 6-8 hour period on twitch, its just horrible, i talked about it with alot of the other people who play during our time and i think 5/8 of us have been sniped and harassed by one kid, let alone the odd's that we run into any of the other snipers playing us is just so high due to the dropping player count and its just so discouraging being a live bedwars creator nowadays, like the fact that two youtube rank streamers and me and two others were all playing bedwars for weeks in our own attempt to bring it back in the live format and there's nothing we can do to prevent sniping and no avenues to report proven stream snipers it just feels pointless and harder than creating anything else on minecraft. at the end of the day its just some ouroboros snake situation where bedwars loses players, less players cause less queues to happen, less queues happing causes cheaters/snipers to feel more common, causes more players to leave the game. realistically though, if bedwars youtubers made a comeback in posting active content (on a neglected gamemode sadly) it would be the only way i can see bedwars coming back, would love to see some bedwars youtubers tap into the shorts market aswell as tiktok aswell, could help out anyway time to be lost and buried in the youtube comments section.

I think some sort of ranked system would save the game. Don’t base it on stars or fkdr, but just plain old ELO. It adds competitiveness to the game and the last time there was a tournament, if my memory doesn’t betray me, a lot of people came back because there was a reason to play. Ofc rbw exists but it’s janky if you want to play with friends

hear me out, I think all of us know Brawl Stars and the way events work, well I think that Hypixel could implement something similar in bedwars, for example they could start a bedwars event with unique game modifiers every weekend so the game would be constantly changing and by consequence, people will not be able to invent really sweaty strats and play styles in such a short period of time.

so we lie about bed wars being fun. I don’t think new players would find it fun you gotta take into account that the people who played bed wars currently are mostly experienced and new players would most likely just suck at the game cause their new yeah but the skill gap is gonna be crazy. One most new players play the new version of minecraft so playing on an old version sounds weird to them. The only way to receive bed wars is getting actual updates and a big wave of new players from content creators who are really famous and big tt creators who get a few hundred thousands to a possibly a million views from posting bed wars clips. And regions since hypixel is hosted near the USA or at the US players at that region get better ping. Asians,middle east,Australia are gonna struggle with this
