Such an important detail, yes! The romantic/courtship part of the story pretty much fell flat. No familiar gestures, the little bit of extra thoughtfulness you share with each other, answering with a look and smile. Missed the part of a couple who do this thing together which they had been looking forward to for a couple days as part of the story. Laughing, smiling, looking at each other, making fun with each other would really tell this part … but what we get is generic technical car shots. They're kinda walking too fast to be enjoying their moment … at least they hooked arms in the end. I wonder if this is because they're still pretty young, could imagine they would do this differently a couple dates and years of life experience later.

Some lovely shots and a lot of passion - got to ask though, some of this must have been illegal? Like Driving on both sides of a road that isn’t closed and hanging out the trunk of a moving car on a busy street. Seems crazy that a global car maker like Volvo would let a production run like this.

Theoretically yes. If an incident occurred, insurance would not cover this if the road isn’t closed. But they could just go the hobbyist defense and it works somewhat. Still risky and it can easily ruin someone’s life without proper insurance and planning.
