Love this channel Jeremy. It's the greatest resource I've found regarding starting a scratch independent agency, and there's a lot of fluff out there. No clickbait here! What do you think is your # tip for generating your inbound leads? Did you start off mainly outbound and focus on gaining referrals from those sales? I think inbound marketing is the most intelligent play here. Outbound doesn't seem as sustainable, and lead vendors are expensive!
