Girl this is everything!!!! If your wanting someone to pay you couple hundred bucks for some hours they need to be absolutely comfy and sleepy as hell they love it so much!!!! I have learned so much from you guys!!!! Keep on spreading the “details” that make successful lash artists!!!! Lv to see it!!! The smells all of it I have smell good hand soap in bathroom and my hand sanitizer that’s what they are smelling during appt gum or mints… be clean and make them feel special. We are NOTHING without our guests!!!! The moment the arrive to your salon, suite, room, or house… it is the over all experience if they don’t feel like the rock star your doing something wrong. Even on “my” bad days I have had to check myself!!! Always remember that your clients have lives and trauma and pain and stress they come to you to relax and forget for an hour or two!!!! Be the hero in their story and you’ll be just fine!!!! This is why I love my job and sometimes want to quit all together lol it’s a lot 😂

I completely agree! So important for clients to be comfortable! I’ve lay at so many lash appointments wising the time away because I was so uncomfortable! I don’t want that for my clients, so I always make sure they’re comfortable before we begin 👌🏻🥰💕

Hi, I was just wondering I am a new Lash Artist and the recliner I got does not recline as far as I would like say my client is about 5’3 and she does not reach the top where the head part is so I would find myself like basically hunching over to reach your eyes which is obviously very uncomfortable. Would you have any tips or would a lash base help me or would it just make it taller and worse, I mean obviously a chair would help me a lot if it was justable to a certain height however, like I’m wondering if I need a Lash face or if I can just use 2 to 3 booty pillows, do you guys still sell them? Any information would help thank you so much.
