I'm amazed at the quality and grandeur of One for All now that they've got proper funding, even though this will probably be the height of insane spectacle since this one episode cost so much. 'Bardic Inspiration' will probably be the best episode of One for All, period, and it earns that title. Having Tom actually preform after hearing the bloopers all the way back in season 1 episode 1 is cathartic, and the whole cast and production team did an amazing job! Just because something works in one format doesn’t mean it will translate easily to another. I think they have found the proper format, 5-7 minute comedy sketches. Anything longer and you need to worry about character and plot. Current format you don’t need an arc for anyone, and you can really riff on a joke well. It’s the Monty Python dilemma. Show is great, movies can be hit and miss. When it works it works, but translation between mediums is hard.

I think it should have been evident from season 1 episode 1, but this season's premiere and this behind the scenes makes it clear that the day when you inevitably decide to end this series, every subscriber is going to cry their eyes out and so will your cast and crew. I knew you're writers, directors and actors, but this gives the vibes you're doing something very special for yourselves personally, the passion, the love and I think the camaraderie are palpable. Congratulations!

To everyone asking for a full campaign, I don't think you realize the difficulty in that. There would most likely be such lulls between the interactions and actions of the party that people have come to expect, that the pacing would be erratic, at best. Memorable, unforced moments are relatively rare in a campaign, unless it's specifically designed to be wacky (or Tomb of Horrors). VLDL gets around this by having a longer format, and having the IRL section as the majority of the video, with snippets of in-game stuff. TL;DR is, I'd bet the people wanting a campaign play-through would quickly complain that it's not like their skits.

He has shaken hand with demon and tear off this hand. He visited demons world and stayed elf. He received demon’s power, he made demonic plague and many peoples was died. He fooled paladins order, demon lords, dwarf king and his best friend, but he corrected himself. He helped him to restore the order, save princess and find his love. And he knows that his little dots are green.
