You want fantastic corn nuts, go to an Hispanic store and buy a bag of large white corn, soak it and fry or bake it on an oiled baking sheet. THAT is some CRUNCH!!! Thanks for the video, Mate!

only tastes good with barbecue seasoning.

yummy, thanks for sharing this!! I love corn nuts and homemade is always betta!
@shelley_northwest Жыл бұрын
I have to bake these and use coconut oil or butter. Ray Peat rules; vegetable oils don't burn well and jam up the metabolism. But you have it right that corn nuts are the best!
@redhorsehorse11 жыл бұрын
Use dried corn, soak and dry real well before putting in oil

I made my first corn nuts yesterday, and even tho the corn had been soaked for a couple of days, there was still several pieces that popped.

@TacoMastersAssociation8 жыл бұрын
Canned corn? Lol, better doing it fresh off of the cob. I'm pretty sure they use preservatives on canned corn to keep it, you know, "preserved".
@damoos3.4 жыл бұрын
yes you can just make sure they arent wet before frying
