You are doing superb. I joined a gym before 2 years. Owner gave me a diet plan, no roti, no milk, no yogurt, no rice, no sugar. Things I could eat only was 2 egg white, 2brown bread slice, black bean salad. After 1 week I was like saalo ki bemar and pale
