It honestly ain’t that hot. That spice only burns when you have cuts on your skin because it will find a way into that cut. Hurts like hell. Eating crawfish can be painful but it sure does taste good.

Love this seasoning ...also Slap Ya Momma is good, Tony Chacherie...there's actually lots of good creole/Cajun seasonings out there these days. I'm from Houston but there's a big Cajun influence there. Cajun/creole food is simply the best of all regional type cuisines
