I'd recommend checking your speakers. I've rented 3 cars and 2 of them had cracked speakers. These where nice cars too. A Hellcat and a Q5

Great video, I gave up on rim rashes with my 2022 Tesla - it happened so much. At first I was getting them repaired and billing the customer but I just didn't have the time to keep going to the shop.

I love turo, or..I used to. Prices are so ridiculous now it's not even funny. :( I've rented 10-12 different vehicles on turo and only ever had one issue. I rented a model s and had a great time with it, no issues. Returned the car and the host did not take photos- I did though and promptly uploaded them. The host said he had to quickly go because he had to detail the car and such for the next renter, quickly. About 6 hours later he finally uploaded pictures, of course in a completely different location (and hours later). He said that there was damage to one of the fender liners and it was going to be something like $400 to fix. Turo took his side and made me pay this. This damage did not happen when I had the car, this damage is not in my pictures..only his pictures that again- were taken hours later and in a different location. He's a powerhost or whatever, so turo took his side.

How did you get paid out by Turo $3500 for the Lincoln? What protection plan you on for the Navigator?

We do on our cheap cars! But you should always try to work out with the guest if your cars suffer from depreciation

@@AubreyHP that’s always true. I let go something then after 2 years perfectly looking car is already looking like a beater 😟 Lincoln is great I have 2018 Escalade ESV that was getting 90/day but with low utilization.

You buff scratches but charge for the repair. What happens when the buff wears out? Do you charge the unknowing renter who has it at that time?
