This is great Looking for help. I've got a girlfriend in Kenya I'm in Ohio USA my first trip to Kenya to see her is in this September. The visa process which is the quickest way to go about it fiancée or marriage? How long does tye process take? Thank you for your time. I've asked a lot of you tubers the same questions and never got a reply so maybe you will take the time to answer. I love Texas

Congratulations on your found love. So for visa K1 fiancee takes a shorter time roughly 1year, marriage takes longer roughly 2years as of now. However with K1 your partner will only be in the US but she can't do anything coz she will not have papers, after the wedding you will be required to start the process of getting her a green card which takes roughly 8months and afterwards that's when they can work, go to school etc. With marriage visa when you get to the US you are allowed to work, go to school etc. There is also a very high denial rate so she should be prepared to get married in the US without all the important people from her side present coz they may get denied visit visas. So the decision should be made based on what you both agree and what will work for your relationship. All the best
