I´m an architect, and fan of your channel, who loves industrialized architecture. BUT, I never understood the idea of using shipping containers. The first idea is to use it as is cause is a cage but 99% of the cases, you have to reinforce, make openings, furred out the walls,... In your case, you are not outdoors. You could have build it from the start with lumber or aluminum studs,no?

This comment is admittedly going to sound very jealous - I'm jealous - you guys get to have fun, try new things, and do all of this....and NEVER have to worry about money. Like you NEVER have any financial concerns with your family - somehow - doing a DIY build out in a whare house with your best friends - makes you enough money to afford to take care of your family - care free?? HOW!? PLEASE I have asked SO many times - How do you do it? My guess is - Christoph has a LARGE LARGE inheritance - or some type of bank roll that is HUGE. If im wrong tell me im wrong - but I am FAILING to see where your income comes from. Yes you are a full time KZbinr - the other guys are not - or at least they dont have nearly as much of a following which means way less money from the tube - Im not trying to sound like a dick - Im genuinely interested because I would LOVE to do this. Im not saying you dont work hard - or even that you are not talented - from my perspective here as a viewer - you just have unlimited funds which allows you to be as a creative as you want ..aka.. take all the time you need to make and experiment with a video - (and thus) be HAPPY (you seem very happy) ....which is great - but again - where did the UNLIMITED FUNDS come from?? You make a mistake with that window or cut wrong on a container - that's a thousand dollar mistake - I dont even do drywall work in my house for this exact reason - before I finish the job I would have made 20 mistakes and each one COSTS MONEY not to mention TIME - which for me = MONEY. So again - where is the money coming from? Who pays you? And do you make like over 6 figues a year (EACH!?) Is there a website where I can see the 100's of free lance commercial jobs you did this year - that you dont mention on this channel? I see guys come in and out like its an internship or something - what's the deal? Covid hit for me and I shit my pants thinking I would lose my job and have to join unemployment - covid hit for you guys and and it was like - cool more people are watching! never a care for maybe ANY uncertainty at all - which can ONLY come from UNLIMTED FUNDS - you HAD to know you were gonna be OK to keep doing what you guys do through all of that - or you are just totally reckless to put your family in that kind of jeopardy. PLEASE PLEASE answer! Just once! I paid for your tutorial on Moment you got MY MONEY, I just want a reply. Hey! I’ve actually answered this type of message from you in very great detail in the past, so I’m not going to be doing that again, but I need you to know that you are not even close to correct on any front. Like actually every single assumption you made in there just couldn’t be further from the truth. Some KZbinrs like to talk about money on their channels and that’s fine! I don’t care to do that because I genuinely hate the financial side of running a business, and I’m SO bad at it that I wouldn’t want to risk anyone taking an ounce of advice from me. Just remember, things are not always as they appear online! I’m currently stuck isolating at home for 10 days since my wife and I caught Covid and I had to cancel a bunch of work and money is truly so tight we didn’t know how we’d buy groceries. I’ve been spending my days trying to chase down anyone who owes me money and figuring out what gear I can offload. I’ve been putting off dental surgery that I need because I don’t have any coverage, and wait I said I wasn’t going to dive into this again haha. No christoph is not a billionaire, no christoph does not have any inherence. And also no we didn’t get more views since Covid, my views are down significantly since Covid started. In fact 2019 was bay far the most views/fastest growth I’ve ever had. And here I am typing again. Ok that’s all I’m going to take a nap my head hurts so bad. But seriously you’ve gotta chill out on all the assumptions. I don’t live entirely care free, there is no unlimited bank account, and while generally speaking right now I am very happy, I had some of my worst bouts of depression through most of last year that was truly fucking awful. So while you might fail to see how this whole picture fits together, just remember, it’s not my job to provide the audience with every single personal detail in my life, nor the lives of my extremely hard working, non-funded filmmakers studio mates.
