I got my job as a hard money lender because my friend offered it to me lol. You can try to go to a local Wells Fargo mortgage office (or other large bank) and ask for any open positions.

I've been making long form videos for 6 years but only my shorts take off :P I think it's also the type of content I make on shorts vs long form. My long form is more informative/serious whereas my shorts are skits to easily convey a financial concept.
