Absolutely brilliant removal of the shaft, I take as read that all Method Statement, Task Risk Assessments have been approved by the HSE department and Tool Box Talks have been conducted !

their sandals must be well reinforced, I can feel it when I walk on pebbles and they walk on sharp pieces of steel, and I like it when they weld, they don't even waste time removing paint where they weld

much as I enjoy seeing the weight dropping from the crane, I think you ought to build a hydraulic press, the time saved on this job alone would cover the cost of a press!

Thanks for showing the brick plant too! I’m sure your customer is happy to have another mixer at a cost that was probably reasonable too. I like these videos as they show how things can be done. Not everyone in the world has access to the newest stuff. A little human ingenuity makes up for a lot. Would love to see a follow up of it working in the brick plant.

Wonderful Working with Hardest Effort performed Whole Heartedly I believe their Income is the Purest. There are no Drawings of Machine and No Work Plan even then there is a Beautiful Team Work I Say Well Done with my ever Heartiest Best Wishes for all these Team Workers. I request their Owners that please provide Neat and Clean Atmosphere Proper Flooring and PPEs for all Workers by this they will feel safe and secure during work and give an increased Output. Thanks a Lot for Preparation and Presentation of the Video, this is actually a Fire Clay Mixing and Grinding Machine; Not Fire Bricks Mixing Machine.

They do great for not having modern tools or equipment. They do it as they always have ..... get it in and get it out ASAP per the customers demands. While the work performed in the western world would be cleaner, safer and probably last longer the cost and down time would be 10x more. Most people , even in the western world, given the choice would buy their product in a heartbeat just for those two reasons. It's done everyday on Amazon and Ebay.
