For how many hours does Agastya sleep throughout day? And do you use pacifier for him?

Hi Vartika, he slept more than he usually does. He loves sleeping while car is moving. No, I don’t use pacifier for him at all.

@@KhushbooChoudhryy Thank you so much Khushboo for replying! We would love to see how you sleep trained Agastya. I have 4.5 months daughter and struggling to make her sleep throughout night. So just wanted to know what should be ideal bedtime for 5 month old and how many hours of day sleep is enough? My daughter keeps asking for naps every 1 to 1.5 hours.. her bedtime is 10p

@@harshita0302 that’s great! Nothing special- just made sure I’m having dal roti paneer for lunch and dinner. Didn’t consume junk and an apple a day. Rest whatever is in breakfast options. Kept it simple.
