Laura ,my sentiments exactly 💯 %,these inconsiderate people is just so annoying with the fireworks,and all the loud making things that just makes sick .And yes you were on point to called out the dogs owners to do something for those poor animals who has to put up with a continuous noise that is so harmful to them in more ways than one .

Hi Sis Laura! Happy belated Diwali to you and your family! The pepper roti aloo pie filling looks delicious 😊. The veggie dishes for Diwali you get looks good though. How was it? My mom made dhalpurie, channa and aloo, and curry chicken on Diwali, and it was so good! Regarding magnesium glycinate, it's something anyone can use-just a reminder that I’m still young! It's available at pharmacies, right? We experienced similar weather; the skies were clear for a moment, but every other year Diwali brings showers, thunderstorms, and flooding. Thankfully, the evenings and nights during Diwali usually have nice weather for lighting diyas and enjoying fireworks every other year. I absolutely love fireworks 🎆, but I understand the concerns about them affecting older folks and animals. The same is true for South Trinidad, where I live. People handily light this year, Many people didn't light due to their loved ones or family members who have passed away. Some light at least one or two, while others may not light any at all. I totally agree with you on the bursting bamboo-it doesn’t seem necessary to me either. Every Diwali holiday, we take a drive to see watching people light diyas and set off fireworks. We usually buy KFC, but this year we opted for Popeyes and came home to enjoy our meal. That's our tradition every year for Diwali! Great vlog, Sis Laura! Back when I was younger the entire country was full of lights everywhere for Diwali, I guess the cost of Diya lamps, bamboo and fireworks is too high for most people and young people would rather be on social media these days thinking tweeting happy Diwali is good enough.
