I can relate to this so much. I’m 31 and my mom took her first flight last year with me and she was 71. She’s going on her first cruise in a few weeks and it will be her first time out of the country. It’s such a great feeling to see my mom experience the world. Ok . This video was amazing 🤩. Just the way you have narrated it when Mama Karen and Christina went into the water , was beautiful. I started bawling my eyes out as it reminded me of the time I went to Jamaica with my mum 30 years ago . My mum is Jamaican born , but came to Australia the year before I was born in 1971. I had the pleasure of doing a mother daughter trip with her to visit her birth place back in 1994! My mum unfortunately passed away back in 2021, but I’ll be doing a mother daughter trip with my own daughter to the US and Canada this year . We had hoped to also go to Jamaica as well , but couldn’t fit it in . So thank you for your video and reminding me of how special it is to make memories like this with our mothers and daughters ❤

I don’t know what it was about showing Mama Karen’s feet and swim in the ocean water for the first time and then followed-up with your voice over and pics of her and her daughter but I was moved and tearing but it did! I literally cried when her feet went in the water! 😢 I am so glad Christina was able to make it happen for her mama!

Just watched part 1 and 2 with my gf!!! We taking this cruise for the first time next week! It will be our second time cruising. We went through Carnival last month on our first time. Nonetheless on you guys experience we’re still going!…but definitely gained some knowledge by watching you and yours! Thank you soo much for being so serious and humorous in these situations. I sailed on the same ship in the same suite in Sept 2023 for my first cruise. As you were I was disappointed with the ship but it is 40 years old. The islander is so much better if you want to try it. Get the Grand Corner balcony suite and take Karen. Your piece earlier warmed my heart. God Bless all of you.
