How we, the Kuki In Imphal survive on 3rd- 4th May 2023 and settle inside the CRPF CAMP😭 7k+ inside

On 1st May, students of Earth Science Dept. MU comprising of 10 Meitei students, 2 Tangkhul students, 2 Rongmei students, 1 Aimol student with 3 research scholars and 1 Professor guiding the field work visited Moreh for educational field work for 7 days. On 3rd May while we walked along the hill tracts finding geological stuffs, we heard the news about the situation erupted in different places in Manipur. On that very night, we survived by 1% chance as the building we stayed was set ablazed and several gun shots towards us. We did not take dinner also beside the weary and tiresome field work all day. During that very hour, army and commandos came for rescue and headed for Army camp leaving behind our belonging and all buildings, shops were seen doomed to fire. And that night we did not sleep at all and also we did not take the next day lunch. There we met around 4000+ meteis from Moreh region and nearby. I won't forget that moment in my entire life how we escaped the life threatening situation and we hid several hours with no sound, light put off, fans off, phones in silence along with some 100+ meiteis in that very building. 😢😢 After all, we public whether Meiteis or Kukis do not start the war, it is the leaders whethers Meiteis or Kukis and we public are the main victims after all.
