How you guys can design and develop without talking to your users. Without user iteration and user testing everything is random. Nobody can give ideas better than your users in terms of value. It's all about asking right question from users-> build and Iterate-> ask users again.

This is not a software development stage it's a initial startup phase which requires high user feedback. Startup develop a Product which becomes a Software. This is not said by me it's a Y Combinators framework. I learnt it by failing 4 startups.

No it's not compulsory and btw startups are not found in Mumbai per se. It's mostly Bangalore,pune, Hyderabad these are the start up cities and no you don't have to be in a city to build one although in future you might wanna shift to one of these cities just as to be around your competitors!

It is about your India vs US college video We all should strive to bring a revolution in Indian education system. Not just to complain but to protest in this direction. Our researchers are paid a stipend of at max 24000 rupees a month in top colleges like IISC. Tell me how will it motivate the people to work hard in teaching and research. Make teaching and research lucrative by providing hefty salaries like what FAANG gives to it's employees. Increase the competitive environment. Keep the pre-requisite of atleast 5 years experience in particular domain in the industry. Increase the research budget to atleast 10 billions USD to make sure big research works are possible and funds is not an issue and it is possible to allocate 10 billion usd yearly definately on research to top colleges as India is over 3 trillion dollars economy now. Teaching is not a lucrative thing and does not have an environment as what we get in FAANG or top startups. That comes with hefty packages and increasing the bar. I never praise complaining attitude, rather start a revolution. Bring all the youth together all the school and college students and launch a big scale protest. That will be a contribution of ours to the society and generations to come.
