How & why oxygen levels fluctuate in ponds

So, in theory, would this make the bass more active at and near dusk? When the oxygen is the highest? Would this also make them stray further from the vegetation around that dusk time? Conversely, is this part of the reason why vegetation is so key in the summer, and should i focus mostly near vegetation during the AM? Appreciate all the info as always!

The oxygen levels won’t effect the activity levels until they are causing stress. If o2 levels get low fishing usually shuts down completely
